How do I contact Lifecare?
Telephone Access: The
professionals at LifeCare.com are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Just call (800) 450-7071. You will need to provide the specialist with your Member
ID. Core hours of operation are between 8am and 8pm Monday through Friday.
Internet Access: LifeCare.com is a powerful online version of LifeCare's
services that can be accessed on-line. If you are a new LifeCare.com user, you will
need to register the first time you log on to the system. To register, complete
the short registration form on LifeCare.com's website. The Company Code is
“pearson” (use all lower case letters) and the Member ID is a combination
of your name and your social security number.
Member ID: (First 2 letters
of your first name) + (first 4 letters of your last name) + (last 4 digits of your
social security #)
Example: For an employee named Alex Smith with a SS# 123-45-6789
— Member ID would be: ALSMIT6789
Please note that if your last name has less than 4 letters, use the number 9 as
a placeholder.
